Report a security issue or misuse of Amazon data
Email security@sellopod.com to report a security vulnerability in Sellopod, or if you suspect that Amazon data or Sellopod customer data is being misused.
What you can report
- Security vulnerabilities in Sellopod, including the app at app.sellopod.com, this website and Sellopod's MCP server.
- Suspected misuse of Amazon data that Sellopod accesses: Amazon seller data or Amazon Ads data being accessed, used, shared or kept in a way it shouldn't be.
- Suspected misuse of customer data held in Sellopod.
How to report
Email security@sellopod.com and include:
- What you found.
- Where you found it: the URL, screen or feature.
- The steps to reproduce it.
- How we can contact you.
If your report is about Amazon data, say which data and how you came across the problem.
Include only as much of anyone's personal data as you need to show the issue. Please don't send customers' personal data beyond that.
What Sellopod only reads
These connections are read-only:
- Shopify and TikTok Shop are import-only; Sellopod does not change those stores.
- Amazon Ads: Sellopod reads your Amazon Ads data and does not change your campaigns, bids or budgets.
- Sellopod's MCP server is read-only: an MCP client such as Claude connects to your Sellopod account over OAuth and can query your organization's data without changing it. (MCP, Model Context Protocol, is the standard Claude and other AI tools use to connect to outside data.)

Where your data is held
Sellopod is hosted on Hetzner in the EU. Your data is encrypted, and within Sellopod only Sellopod administrators can access customer data.
